Middle management

After all the weekend work, I need to go to a Yoga class badly, My back, my legs, my arms….ah. I missed my morning Yoga class at the gym but I saw Pilates class on the gym schedule for this afternoon. I have heard a lot of great things about Pilates but I never had done it in a class before. I was a little curious.

So, I went to the Pilates class. That’s a popular class! I did OK’er than I thought I could do; however, I know I will be sore tomorrow. I can see how Pilates really can help my back and (hopefully) will help my tummy. I meant my ab! I hope I will be benefited from this “middle management" class.

I took that class a few times at the Y. Man, did I get sore! Fun stuff. For some strange reason, I was the only guy in the class.... go figure..

Great work, kerry! I remember going to Middle Management with you that time at Ballys. OY. That class kicked my butt! (I mean abs)

Oh Yeah! I think that what it was called too, Middle Management! hee hee... what happened to that class? wonder if they still have it. That was pretty cool.

Jonathan, there were men in my class at the Y. They are in Pilate, they are in Yoga.... AND they don't just hang at the back! You should try out this Y ;) hee hee. Or when we come visit Stakit can go to Yoga/Pilate with you! I'll go too.

AND Yes, I am sore today but not too sore. I guess the yoga I had been doing it's doing something.
