The house will not be done until July 16th! For now, I can share the house's floorplan with you.
The house have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, Living, Dining, Family room, Kitchen and a nook. We did also get the optional covered patio.
The family room has a fireplace and surround speaker prewired! I also will get the laundry sink that I always wanted!
The little tech center next to the family room has a build-in desk and cabinetry. A little handy area!

Your new house looks like a dream come true! I am so excited for you both. You will have lots of room for unexpected visitors that mihgt just drop in for an extended visit! We are happy for you.
