This summer, Steve and I will be moving to Fernandina Beach, Florida (North of Jacksonville). Steve has a promotion in Fernandina Beach. He accepted this after we went and visited the city just this past weekend. We both like it there. Steve is only planning to work at Fernandina Beach for a few years. After that, we are hoping to transfer back to the Northwest. It may be Washington State. We don't know yet.
We are currently working with a relocation company. This company and Steve's company will pretty much take care of everything: packing, moving, unpacking, selling this house, paying for the closing cost for both selling and buying... We will be meeting with the relocation company next week. After the meeting, Steve and I will have a better idea on timing and everything else.

And very cool on the move to Fernandina Beach - that's a *very* cool little area. My family goes there every year for our vacation. There's a fantastic little restaurant down on the main street of town (just across the railroad tracks from the lighthouse - can't remember the name though...), and The Crab Trap is just YUMMY! :>
